Our latest celebrity client Pixie Lott is well known for her slender and toned figure, but the singer/actress has recently been keen to see what’s got everyone talking about Roar Fitness’ personal training team.
As the fitness fashion continues toward the strong and athletic female figure, our London personal training gym continues to be the go to place for busy city workers and celebrities to get their lifting on!
We thought we’d take a minute to share Pixie’s first programme so you can see exactly what she’s up to in the Roar gym, and we’ll keep you updated with her progress with new workouts over the coming months.
Pixie Lott – starter programme
A1: Rack Deadlift – 11 reps x 3 sets
A2: Sled Drag – 30 meters x 3 sets
B1: – Db chest Press – 13 reps x 3 sets
B2: Db Split Squat – 15 reps x3 sets
C1: Db Single arm row – 13 reps x3 sets
C2: Db seated shoulder press – 15reps x sets
D1: Db seated Bicep curl – 13 reps x3 sets
D2: Ez bar Tricep extension
The workouts are performed as supersets, resting around 60- 90 seconds between sets.
Pixie Lott hits this workout x3 per week with a rest day in between workouts for recovery. After 2 weeks of progressing the weights to get stronger whilst improving base fitness levels, we’ll then start to gradually move away from total body workouts, introducing new exercises whilst building on the the first 2 weeks of training.
