• How long will my parcel take to get to me?

  • Our current processing time to dispatch an order from our warehouse is 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday), not including the day the order was received. Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, it will take 2-3 days. (Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

  • Do you ship outside of the UK?

  • For any shipping outside of the UK, please contact Shop@roar-fitness.com before purchasing with your location and desired product you wish to purchase.

  • Where is my order?

  • Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your tracking link so you can see the status of your order.

  • I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do?

  • These sometimes go into the spam/junk folders so please check this first and if you still do not have it, do email customer service at shop@roar-fitness.com with your name and they will be able to help locate your order details.

  • My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do?

  • Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to activate as the number may not be valid until your order is picked up by the courier. If it's still not working, please contact shop@roar-fitness.com with your name and order number.

  • Can I change my order?

  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change any, please contact shop@roar-fitness.com as soon as possible with your order number and requested amends and we will do our best to help you.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

  • You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card including American Express

  • Can I change my delivery address?

  • We understand that you may now need to amend your delivery addresses, and some couriers have a self-service option that allows you to do this. If this option is available to you, it’ll be included in the tracking information sent to you when your order’s left the warehouse. If the option isn’t available on your tracking link, then the courier doesn’t have the ability to do this. Unfortunately, the ROAR LONDON Support Team aren’t able to amend the delivery address of your order once it’s been placed.

  • I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

  • Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout.

  • Do you accept returns?

  • We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances

    - The item is returned in its original condition, unworn with tags
    -The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit and contains either a copy of the original order/packing slip or a copy of the return request

    To process a refund email shop@roar-fitness.com, with your name, delivery address and order number.

    Please note - if you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you a full refund.

  • How long will my refund take?

  • Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund. The refund will be made on to the same payment method used in your original purchase.

  • Do you offer free returns?

  • If you have changed your mind about an item, we unfortunately do not offer free returns.
